With the health and safety of all as our #1 priority, the conference scheduled for June 15-16 is being postponed to a later date. If you have already purchased tickets, you will be receiving a refund shortly through Eventbrite.

What isn't canceled is our resolve to do what's best for students and hold ourselves accountable to grading and assessment practices that drive learning. We are committed to creating a forum for the important work and conversations that were to take place at this conference. Our intention is to host a similar event in some form later this year. In the meantime, we appreciate your tremendous efforts in support of students and communities during these extraordinary times. If you have any questions, please reach out to Altitude Learning at events@altitudelearning.com or Menlo Park City School District at hello@mpcsd.org.

We look forward to reconnecting in the near future!

Learning is more than a letter.
Receiving a “C” in math tells a student very little, and yet letter grades are often the only information students receive about their progress. Feedback is essential for learning, but our traditional feedback loops are not designed to give children and their families the information they need to grow and excel. Let's explore how we can reimagine grading practices and empower learners with a deep understanding of where they are and where they're going.
